Her nursing education and training was with an emphasis on holistic nursing. She was inducted into the prestigious International Honor Society for Nurses- Sigma Theta Tau International and is a member of the American Holistic Nurses Association (AHNA). She has been a Registered Nurse for over 20 years and has experience in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Orthopedics, Perioperative services, and Education. Beth is a Certified Cancer Support Educator in Nutrition and is a Nutrition Response Practitioner.

Beth's passion of health and wellness began during her education and training as a Registered Nurse. Over the years, she witnessed first hand the effects of the country's declining health while taking care of her patients in the hospital. Seeing her patients suffer with obesity related illnesses, diabetes, heart disease and cancer, and knowing this could be prevented or even reversed, gave her  the passion to educate and heal people with food.

Beth's own journey to wellness and a 5 year struggle to heal herself with the traditional medical system lead her to discovered Nutrition Response Testing (NRT). Even though she ate a healthy diet and exercised regularly, Beth had low energy, inability to lose weight, pelvic pain and infertility. She knew something was wrong with her body, and found the only treatments offered by her doctors were geared at masking the symptoms with synthetic hormones or medication. She wanted to know why this was happening, and find the root cause. What she learned through NRT was that her body was out of balance from a mercury toxicity. The mercury was suppressing her immune system and thyroid gland, which in turn was affecting her hormones. After a month on the program,  she started feeling more energized, lost 15 pounds and her pelvic pain was gone! She was so excited about her discovery that She began her NRT training. She is truly passionate about educating and empowering her patients, and giving them the tools to restore their health!
